WHAT IS PROUD MARY?

Proud Mary is a fine art and limited edition print brand built on an artisan royalty model. We work with artisans and folk artists from Latin America, Africa, and Asia, commissioning original works and reproducing their work as limited edition fine art prints. Artists receive royalties on each print that sells for the life of the edition. Proud Mary was founded by Harper Poe and co-founded by Benita Singh in 2024. Our shop is at Proudmary.co

HOW ARE THE ARTISTS/ARTISANS COMPENSATED?

Proud Mary pays its artists an upfront commission fee for the original work, 50% of the net profit on the sale of the original, and 15% of the retail price of every print sold. Artists are paid quarterly.

How many prints are in each edition?

Each print comes in an edition of 50 or 150. The quanity per edition are stating clearly in each product description. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER IS USED?

We use Epson Somerset, acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper.

what PRINTING METHOD IS USED?

We use Giclee printing with archival inks.

what framing options are available?

Proud Mary partners with Framebridge to offer multiple custom framing options for each print design.

what are the delivery times?

Original artwork ships within 7 business days. Limited edition prints ship within 5 business days and framed prints ship within 4 weeks.

what is your return policy?

All of our products are made especially for you and therefore we are unable to accept returns.
